What is TalentScout?

TalentScout is TruTalent®’s interactive artificial intelligence (AI) assistant. It is designed to help users better understand candidate information, job descriptions, match results, and other relevant data within the TruTalent platform.

Users can ask TalentScout questions about selected jobs, candidates, and match results. TalentScout can help explain scoring, highlight strengths or potential gaps, summarize candidate-job alignment, and assist users in exploring available platform information.

TalentScout operates within a defined context. Responses are generated based on the currently selected job, candidate(s), and information available to the user in the platform. Changing the selected job, candidate(s), or other context may result in different responses. 

TalentScout does not make hiring decisions, modify data, complete workflows, or take actions on behalf of users. It is designed to provide informational assistance only and requires user review and judgment. TalentScout only has access to information available within the user’s authorized platform experience. 

As with all AI-generated content, TalentScout responses should be reviewed and validated before taking action. Responses may vary depending upon the phrasing of a question, the available data, and the context selected at the time of the request.
