Why can't I include a photo on my resume?
TruTalent® does not support adding photos in order to help reduce potential bias in the hiring process.
Photos can contribute to unconscious bias based on factors such as race, gender, age, or appearance. By excluding photos, TruTalent helps encourage employers to focus on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
