TruTalent Terms of Service

To review the TruTalent® Terms of Service, visit the Terms of Service page.

If the Terms of Service are updated after you create an account, you will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may request deletion of your account.

If you wish to opt out of arbitration, you must do so within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. To opt out, send a personally signed notice to support@trutalent.com that includes:
  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your mailing address
  • A statement indicating your intent to opt out of arbitration
Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other provisions of the Terms of Service. If you opt out, neither you nor Human eSources may require the other party to participate in arbitration.
