Once you have completed the TruTalent® assessment, you will be presented with information to help you explore your TruTalents®. First, you'll see information about your strengths and the impact you may have in the workplace based on your results.

Once you've reviewed your strengths and workplace impact, you'll be presented with a list of your certified Top TruTalents, organized into the three different categories. You can select the link in the top-right corner to view more details about TruTalents.

Lastly, you'll be asked to rate the accuracy of your results.

After you've completed the assessment, you can select the TruTalents section in the Resumes tab or in your MyData® Portfolio to view your list of certified TruTalents.

If you'd like to hide or show any of your TruTalents from your resume, click the eye icon next to it. If there is a line through the icon, that TruTalent will not be displayed on your resume.
