How to Update Your Account Information and Password

How do I update my account details?


In order to update information related to your account such as your email or password, follow along with the video or written instructions below.

  1. Select the blue person icon in the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Select the option labeled Account Management.
  3. From this screen, you can update and change your name and email address. You can also provide voluntary disclosures such as your gender, ethnicity, or religion. 
  4. Once you've made the necessary changes, click the Update Account button to save and apply them.
  5. To change your password, select the blue person icon again and select the option labeled Security.
  6. From this screen, you can update and change your password. Once you've made the necessary changes, be sure to click the Update Password button to save and apply them.
