How do I turn my resume into a Word document?
Resumes created in TruTalent® are downloaded as PDF files. After creating a resume, you can choose from a variety of resume templates to customize the formatting and appearance before downloading the final version as a PDF.
If you need a Word version of your resume, you can use a PDF-to-Word conversion tool to convert the downloaded PDF into a Microsoft Word document. Many free and paid conversion tools are available online.
Keep in mind that edits made to a converted Word document will not sync back to your MyData® Portfolio or update other versions of your resume within TruTalent. For this reason, it is recommended that you make resume edits directly within MyData Portfolio and create customized resume versions within your account when applying for jobs.
