How do I take the TruTalent assessment?

In order to apply for jobs on the job board, users first need to complete the TruTalent® assessment. For more information on completing the assessment, please refer to the video or written instructions below.

1. Log into your account at mydata.trutalent.com and select the MyData® Portfolio tab.
   
2. On the left side of the screen, select the TruTalents® icon.
   
3. You will be prompted to complete the TruTalent assessment. Review the example questions first to become familiar with the assessment format.
   
4. After completing the example questions, proceed to the assessment questions. Carefully review your answers before submitting. You can only take the TruTalent assessment once.
5. Once you complete the assessment, your report will be displayed. Review your top TruTalents and provide a star rating to indicate how well the results match you.
6. After completing the assessment, you can add your Certified TruTalents to any of your resumes.
   

If needed, you can stop before finishing the assessment. Your progress will be saved so you can return later.
