How do I manage and purchase credits?


Credits are required to reveal candidate details for a posted job. You can apply a credit during the posting process or after candidates begin submitting applications. For more information on managing and purchasing credits, please refer to the video or written instructions below.

  1. View your remaining credit balance in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. To manage your credits, click the credits icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. From the menu, you can:
    • View how credits are allocated
    • Purchase additional credits
    • Review your purchase history
  4. Additional credits are available for $250 each, and you may purchase up to 24 credits at a time.
  5. If you are interested in purchasing 25 or more credits, please contact our team for custom pricing.
